The Corning City Council, CA recently adopted a new ordinance requiring street vendors to have their business licenses posted in a visible location. To obtain their license, street vendors need to show proof of health permit when applicable, a site plan, a proposal for vending activity, proof that they have access to restrooms and much more. There are also restrictions on where the vendors are allowed to set up their operations.
