Fresno, CA Offers Business License Amnesty Until June 30th

The City of Fresno, California is running a business license amnesty program through June 30th. All businesses, with a few exceptions, must be licensed in Fresno. Those businesses that are not licensed are subject to a “failure to file” penalty which is 20% of the past due taxes from the previous quarter. Any business that registers during the amnesty period will have the penalty fees waived.
