On Tuesday, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell signed a bill that will grant temporary business licenses to individuals who already have a business license or certification from another state. The bill is part of several bills that the Virginia Governor signed as part of the Governor’s “Jobs and Opportunity” legislation package.
