On Tuesday, May 25 the City Council of Troutdale, OR proposed withdrawing the business license fees for businesses that operate in commercial spaces of 5,000 square feet or less and reduce the business license fees by 50% for businesses with commercial spaces larger than of 5,000 square feet. The decision was based by the Council’s desire to revitalize business activities in Troutdale. If passed the business license fee waiver will be effective until June 30, 2011.
