The City Council of East Wenatchee, WA is considering increasing the business license fees for the first time in 30 years. The business license fees will increase incrementally over a period of three years and the increased percentage will depend on the size of the business. If implemented the new license fees will bring the city an additional $12,460 in revenue per year by 2013.
The City Council is considering keeping the new proposed business license fees considerably lower then the ones in Wenatchee which is the nearest market to East Wenatchee.
